PAYMENT, RETURNS, AND SHIPPING POLICIES

How To Order and Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express cards. We also accept payments through Google Checkout. We do not accept cash or checks and all transactions are in U.S. Dollars.

Returns

We are proud of our products and want all of our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. However, if you are dissatisfied with an item, please follow these instructions:

  • All returns must be accompanied by a sales receipt or web store order number.  All items must have the original tags and packaging attached, and be in original condition.
  • FOR ITEMS PURCHASED AT GREENWARDSHOP.COM: Returned items must be returned (postmarked) within 14 days of the sales receipt date for refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping & fees) on the original credit card. After 14 days, you will receive a gift card for store credit. CURRENTLY, GIFT CARDS CAN ONLY BE USED FOR IN-STORE PURCHASES OR TELEPHONE ORDERS. After 45 days returns will not be accepted.
  • FOR ITEMS PURCHASED IN OUR RETAIL STORE: Items may be returned within 14 days of the sales receipt date for exchange or store credit.
  • Special orders are non-returnable. Sale items are non-returnable.
  • Without a receipt, only an exchange or store credit will be applied.
  • If you are returning an item because it is damaged, defective or not the correct product, please contact us for assistance.

Please insure your package for the value of the goods and send by a traceable method of shipment to the address below within fourteen (14) days of the sales receipt date:

Exchanges

Merchandise may be returned for an exchange within 14 days of the sales receipt date. All items must be returned in their original condition, in the original packaging and accompanied by a receipt or web store order number. Be sure to specify what you need in exchange. A $5.00 re-shipping charge will be applied unless the exchange is due to an error on our part. Please insure your package for the value of the goods and send by a traceable method of shipment to the address below within fourteen (14) days of the sales receipt date:

Shipping Information

ALL SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

FREE SHIPPING DOES NOT APPLY TO INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, RURAL ALASKA OR HAWAII.

Pending order confirmation and credit card approval, all orders will be processed within 48 hours. You should expect to receive your order in the following timeframes after processing (these shipping times are estimates):

  • USPS Priority Mail: 1-2 business days
  • UPS Ground: 1-5 business days

Items ordered together will not necessarily be shipped together. Delivery charges are based on the size and weight of items ordered and the current rates for the chosen shipping method.

For shipments via UPS, Greenward uses UPS Carbon Neutral shipping.

 

PRIVACY AND SECURITY POLICY

We are committed to protecting your privacy and the privacy of any information you provide to us. We collect information from you only to properly fulfill your orders. We will never share any customer information with anyone unless ordered by a court of law. Information submitted to us is only available to employees managing this information for purposes of contacting you or sending you mail (electronic or physical) based on your request for information and to contracted service providers for purposes of providing services relating to our communications with you.

Email from us

If you received an email from us, (a) your address is listed with us as someone who has expressly shared this address for the purpose of receiving information in the future ("opt-in"), or (b) you have registered or purchased or otherwise have an existing relationship with us. Even if you have purchased from us in the past, you will not continue to receive email newsletters from us unless you expressly sign up for our newsletter (which you can do in the box to the lower left!). We respect your time and attention by controlling the frequency of our mailings.

Each email newsletter sent contains a link to easily remove your address from our email list. If you wish to unsubscribe, simply follow the instructions at the end of any email.

If you have received unwanted, unsolicited email from us or purporting to be from us, please forward a copy of that email with your comments to info@greenwardshop.com for review.

How we protect your privacy and data security

We use security measures to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of data used by our system. We use the latest 128-bit encryption technology (Secure Sockets Layer, or SSL) to secure your personal information. The information you provide when you place an order is encrypted (or coded) using a secure server for maximum security. To confirm that SSL is active, look at the lower left-hand corner of your browser window. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock, then the encryption technology is active and the server is secure. You can also check by looking at the URL line of your browser; when you access a secure server, the initial characters of the site address will be "https".
